Ted Leverette II
Mr. Leverette serves as President and Chairman of PTA Holdings, Inc. Leverette has over 25 years of experience in the racing and automotive industries. Leverette directs the overall strategic vision of the company and all divisions report directly to him. This includes operations, research & development, accounting, and corporate finance. Leverette began his career on the NASCAR Winston Cup circuit with the Dick Trickle racing team. He then joined the winning NASCAR team led by Bob Whitcomb. Under both Dick Trickle and Bob Whitcomb’s tutelage, Leverette mastered all aspects of race car engines and team management. After his active duty service on the racing circuit, Leverette founded Sports Marketing Company, Inc with Bob Whitcomb’s son. SMC handled sponsor procurement, team press releases, media packages, and other hospitality programs for the NASCAR teams and their sponsors.
Simultaneous with SMC and utilizing his marketing skills, Leverette entered the securities and insurance business. While working with the country’s leading insurance and securities company, he won numerous awards and was the number one producer nationally in March 1994.
Leverette became interested in the travel industry and launched a wholesale travel agency and travel academy. In addition, he developed a state of the art automated kiosk designed for shopping malls.
After September 11, 2001, he returned to the automotive industry with the goal of combining his airflow engineering experience to reduce drag and create a more efficient engine. This was the major impetus for ProFlow.
Victor Navarro
Mr. Navarro serves as President of V-Flow Fuel Maximizer; a subsidiary of PTA Holdings, Inc. Navarro oversees the production of the V-Flow Maximizer operations, including the ProFlow Paint Systems. Navarro has been involved in the development of numerous automotive and industry technologies over his 35-year career. Utilizing his background in applied sciences, he developed the principal underlying technology that comprises the V-Flow Fuel Maximizer. Before joining ProFlow, Navarro was Founder and President of Testar Technologies
