Corporate Strategy
The corporate growth strategy for PTA is to blend organic growth with both parallel and complementary acquisitions. Management has achieved success with its technology beta testing and is planning on and is coordinating an expansion and acquisition strategy on behalf of its subsidiary. Concurrent with internal growth of the Company, management is searching out acquisitions that provide synergies on an operational level and that are also accretive on a consolidated financial basis. Management believes that within the regional market for automotive repair, opportunities exist to make acquisitions on very favorable terms during the current business cycle. ProFlow specializes in full service automotive/truck repair with an emphasis on fuel systems. ProFlow was founded by a veteran of the NASCAR automotive racing circuit.
Presently, ProFlow operates two automotive centers and has plans to open additional corporate owned centers and franchises in the future with a short term goal of 10 locations in the southeast.
The fuel savings technology was developed by the company’s founder over the last decade including significant NASCAR winning experience.
