PTA Holdings, Inc. (“PTAH”) is a holding company with a core focus in the automotive industry. The Company acquired ProFlow, Inc. in April 2007. ProFlow, Inc., a Georgia based company that specializes in the research and development of lubrication products for the automotive and industrial marketplace. ProFlow since inception has been led by a NASCAR Winston Cup experienced management team. ProFlow has developed a lubrication package, for the auto, truck and bus industry that can have a dramatic effect on fuel consumption.

Through years of testing ProFlow 2030 Motor Oil in trucks and buses there has been a minimum of 20% fuel savings when using our products.

ProFlow is aggressively approaching successful future technologies for fuel mileage.

Using the economic capital and strength from becoming a public company, The Company intends to grow its ProFlow division into an industry leader. Management maintains that as a public entity, it is ideally positioned to initiate a Global Marketing Campaign to market our products worldwide.
